mae cafe is a chain of six specialty coffee cafés whose coffee is roasted at its own roastery in the Bursa district of Ramat Gan, from beans bought straight from farms in Costa Rica, Guatemala and Colombia that change with the seasons. Its café at 3 Montefiore Street, near Shalom Tower, is styled after a European café, with an elegant room and small tables, and its page says the smell of fresh coffee fills the street. Beside the coffee it serves pastries fresh from the oven and sandwiches, for a morning coffee, a quiet talk or a business meeting. It is open from 7:30 to 16:00 from Sunday to Thursday and until 14:00 on Friday.
