הערעור שבכותרת – ערעור פסלות – הוגש ביום 17.2.2011. בהחלטתי מיום 4.4.2011 דחיתי את בקשתו של המערער לפטור מתשלום אגרה ומהפקדת עירבון. ערעור על החלטה זו נדחה ביום 11.5.2011 (בש"א 3424/11). יצוין כי בהחלטת כבוד השופט ג'ובראן לא נקבעו מועדים חדשים לתשלום האגרה ולהפקדת העירבון, וכי לא נתבקש – וממילא לא ניתן – עיכוב ביצוע לגבי החלטתי מיום 4.4.2011. ברור אפוא כי המועד לתשלום האגרה ולהפקדת העירבון חלף-עבר זה מכבר, ועל כן אין מנוס ממחיקת ההליך.
