פסק-דין

לאחר שיג ושיח עם הצדדים ולאחר ששמענו את טיעוניהם בעל-פה, מודיעים הצדדים כי הגיעו להסכמה בדבר חזרה מן הערעור בכפוף להצהרת המשיבה כי נכון להיום היא אינה משווקת בקבוקים להזנת תינוקות העשויים מחומר המכיל BPA (ביספינול A). עוד הוסכם ביניהם כי ההוצאות אשר בהן חוייבו המערערים ואשר שולמו למשיבה, יושבו להם באמצעות עורך דין שאשא.

הערעור נדחה אפוא ואין צו להוצאות בערעור.
