העותר, המייצג את עצמו, הגיש העתירה דכאן, שעניינה, ככל הנראה, נוגע לחוק האזרחות והכניסה לישראל (הוראת שעה), התשס"ג-2003. העתירה סתומה ואינה מובנת, רב בה הנסתר על הנגלה. על אף מאמציה הראויים לשבח של המשיבה, שהעתירה הועברה לתגובתה על מנת לנסות "לפענח" את רצונו של העותר, התקשיתי לעמוד על עילות העתירה.

מתשובת המשיבה נמצאתי למד כי העותר הוא תושב איו"ש, יליד 1983, אשר נישא לפני כשלושה חודשים, ביום 1.2.2013, לאזרחית ישראלית ילידת שנת 1996. ככל שהעותר מבקש להעניק לו מעמד מכוח נישואיו - אשר טרם נרשמו ברשות האוכלוסין וההגירה - הרי ככל שניתן לדלות מהעתירה, נראה כי העותר לא מיצה כלל את ההליכים מול הרשויות, טרם פנייתו ל בית משפט זה.

אשר על כן, העתירה נדחית. הרבה לפנים משורת הדין אין צו להוצאות.
