המשנה לנשיאה א' ריבלין:
שמענו היום כי גם המשיבה 6 באה לכלל הסכמה עקרונית בדבר מעבר למגרש אחר בנתונים שפורטו על ידי בא כוחה. כמו כן הוסכם בינה לבין המשיב 1 כי חלקה בהוצאות הפיתוח של המגרש החלופי לא יעלה על 138,887 ש"ח.
באת כוח המשיב 2 הודיע כי עמדתו של המשיב 2, נכון להיום, היא שלא לשווק את המגרשים נשוא העתירה, וכי בכל מקרה שיחול שינוי בעמדה זו, אם יחול, תימסר הודעה על כך לעו"ד אגבריה מבעוד מועד.
כיוון שכך, בהמלצתנו, חוזרים בהם העותרים מן העתירה, והיא נמחקת ללא צו להוצאות.
