בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 7 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים), התשנ״ו–1996 (להלן – החוק), ולאחר שנציב בתי הסוהר אישר כי התאים באגפים 7–14 במיתקן ”סהרונים“ עומדים בתנאים לפי החוק וכי ניתן לאפשר לעצורים שיוחזקו בהם במשמורת את זכויותיהם לפי החוק, אני מכריז בזה כי התאים באגפים 7–14 במיתקן ”סהרונים“ הם מקום מעצר שבאחריות שירות בתי הסוהר.
