תיקון: תשס״ט
בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 7 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים), התשנ״ו–1996 (להלן – החוק), ולאחר שנציב בתי הסוהר אישר כי המיתקנים המפורטים להלן עומדים בתנאים לפי החוק וכי ניתן לאפשר לעצורים שיוחזקו בהם במשמורת את זכויותיהם לפי החוק, אני מכריז בזה כי –
(1)המקומות המפורטים להלן הם מקומות מעצר שבאחריות שירות בתי הסוהר:
(א)השטח הידוע כחלק מחלקה 15 גוש 15037 בתחום השיפוט של העיר הטבריה (מיתקן ”עמקים“);
(ב)השטח הידוע כחלקה 5719 בגוש 18008 בתחום השיפוט של העיר עכו (מיתקן ”גליל“);
(ג)השטח הידוע כחלק מחלקות 3 ו–5 בגוש 15610 בתחום השיפוט מרום הגליל (בית הסוהר ”צלמון“).
(2)הנוסח שולב בהכרזה על מקום מעצר שבאחריות משטרת ישראל לגבי תאי מעצר שבתחנות המשטרה.
