Section 7 of תקנות זכויות החולה (דרכי מינוי, תקופת כהונה, וסדרי עבודה של ועדות אתיקה), התשנ״ז–1996, הגשת פניה.
7. הגשת פניה
(א)פניה לפי סעיף 15(2) לחוק תוגש בידי המטפל, המטופל, בן משפחה או ידיד קרוב של המטופל.
(ב)פניה לפי סעיף 13(ד) או 18(ג) לחוק תוגש בידי המטפל.
(ג)פניה לפי סעיף 20(א)(5) לחוק, יכול שתוגש בידי כל אדם בעל ענין.
(ד)פניה לפי סעיף 23(א) לחוק תוגש בידי המטופל, בא כוחו לפי סעיף 16 לחוק או עורך דינו.
