Sinta opened in Ashdod in the spring of 2008. Its kosher menu comes in two parts: skewers of butcher's cut, entrecote, chicken thigh and more, and first and main courses, from house salads with bread baked on site to aged entrecote, Golan lamb chops, goose liver and fillets of sea bream, salmon and grouper, with wines from Israeli wineries. The room seats 130 at tables and on sofas, with 15 more at the bar, under nine large screens and a wall of wine, and a private room seats 30 for business events. Its site says it was planned with families in mind, with a changing table and a children's menu.
