A Jerusalem kubbeh restaurant on the KKL food street in Beer Sheva's Old City, serving kubbeh soups to a family recipe.

Kuba Bar serves Jerusalem kubbeh in the Old City of Beer Sheva. Its site tells how brothers Yaron and Tomer, sons of a kubbeh-making mother from the Har Homa neighbourhood of Jerusalem, brought the dish to the city's food street, where they found no kubbeh at all. The kubbeh balls are rolled to their grandmother Tziona's recipe, and the soups come in beetroot, pumpkin, hamusta and spicy hamo, each with a vegan version, beside fried kubbeh, hummus and grilled meat in pita, baguette or on a plate. The room keeps the old building's look and adds a bar with an open kitchen, and on Fridays the take-away pots of kubbeh come with a challah for Shabbat.
