Revi's Burger is a burger restaurant with chef's dishes from Eli Seroussi's group, serving set lunches, burgers and quality cuts of meat with house-made sauces. By its own account it began as a small, modest branch in the Ramot neighbourhood and grew to a flagship in the city centre, on Dekel Street, and a third branch at the central bus station. The menu runs from onion rings and fried cauliflower to burgers topped with pulled asado, aged sirloin, goose breast or a merguez sausage, ciabattas and baguettes. The branches open from noon to midnight Sunday to Thursday, and on Saturday from an hour after Shabbat ends until 01:00.
