La Cucina is the Italian restaurant on the promenade of Isrotel's Royal Beach hotel in Eilat, and by Isrotel's account a long-standing institution that diners come back to on every visit to the city. It is designed as a Tuscan house, with private rooms and intimate corners, and looks out over the Red Sea shore. The menu has meat, fish and seafood mains in the Italian style, focaccia baked on the spot, pizzas from a wood-fired taboon, salads and fresh pasta made in the restaurant, with a long wine list. It opens every day from 13:00 to 17:00 and from 18:30 to 23:00, takes bookings on the group's restaurant line, *8413, and online, and Isrotel's page says it is not kosher.
