UVFIT is a boutique fitness studio for women at 77 HaNassi Avenue, at the top of the Carmel, and its about page says founder Yuval Edri set it up on the idea that a supportive setting does more than any training plan. It teaches four kinds of class under one roof: 50-minute functional training, 45-minute abs and glutes sessions, reformer Pilates and 50-minute mat Pilates, about 50 classes a week in the mornings and evenings from Sunday to Friday, with four coaches. According to its pages the studio is spacious and fully equipped, with a view of the sea, and it offers small groups, a close eye on each member's attendance, and workshops and activities every month. A trial class is arranged by WhatsApp or by phone. It is open from 08:30 to 21:00 on Sunday, from 07:30 to 19:50 on Monday and Thursday, from 08:00 to 19:50 on Tuesday, from 07:30 to 21:00 on Wednesday and from 07:30 to 11:20 on Friday, and closed on Saturday.
