A kosher dairy café and restaurant in the Technology Garden at Malha, with glass walls onto the Jerusalem hills and focaccia from a stone oven.

Cafe Tamara is a café and restaurant in the middle of the Technology Garden in Jerusalem's Malha quarter. Its site describes a quiet, pastoral room with glass walls that look out to the Jerusalem hills and to the vegetable garden planted around the café, and a terrace to eat on. The kitchen is dairy and leans Italian: breakfasts served until midday, fresh fish, pasta, salads, pizzas and focaccia baked to order in a stone oven; the site singles out the chestnut pizza, the crispy salmon, the French breakfast and a banana brûlée. The restaurant also hosts events of up to 120 guests, and the site says there is plenty of free parking. It is open Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 to 23:00, on Friday until 13:30, and reopens an hour after Shabbat ends.
