Holmes Place Avivim is a new club of the Holmes Place chain at 5 Portzei Masach HaBarzel Street in Lod's Ganei Aviv neighbourhood. Its page says the club is opening in stages, pools first: a half-Olympic indoor pool with seven lanes and a roof that opens on sunny summer days, a teaching pool for swimming lessons and an outdoor pool for toddlers. A wide outdoor pool and an adult wing with a large gym and a studio hall come next, and its timetable already lists reformer Pilates, yoga, Zumba, functional training and Feldenkrais. The pool keeps separate hours for women and for men on two mornings and two evenings a week.
