Buffet is a lunch restaurant in the Atrium building at the Ligad Center, led by chef Meir David. Its site tells how he was invited in November 2018 to cook a single evening for a private party there and stayed on. He grew up in the restaurants his father ran and trained as a cook at the Tadmor school. From Sunday to Thursday, between 11:30 and 15:30, it serves a lunch buffet of meats, sides and home cooking; on Friday morning it sells ready food for Shabbat, from goulash and kubbeh to stuffed vegetables and fish in chraime. It also hosts boutique events: bar mitzvahs, birthdays, weddings and henna nights.
