Hatzot Modi'in is the branch of Hatzot, the grill restaurant born in Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem in 1970, where it says the Jerusalem mixed grill of meats on a plancha with a secret spice blend was invented. The Modi'in branch opened in 2022 on Dam HaMaccabim Street and keeps the flagship's mixed grill at the head of its menu, alongside fresh meats from the grill, home-style stews and the burgers of Joseph Burger, served in a Jerusalem bagel bun. It is a kosher meat restaurant, open from 11:00 to 23:00 from Sunday to Thursday and again on Saturday night, and it takes orders for delivery and pickup.
