A home-cooking restaurant on Herzl Street in central Netanya, built around couscous and the slow-cooked North African stews that go with it.

Its site says Chen's Couscous grew out of a deep tie to the traditional kitchen. The couscous is prepared to come out light and airy, and beside it the kitchen cooks mafroum stuffed and simmered in tomato sauce, tbecha slow-cooked in beetroot until it takes on its colour, and soft bean and meat stews, along with chicken meatballs and rice and crisp schnitzels. Grilled meats are sold by weight, there are schnitzel challahs, and it caters events with market tables. It delivers across Netanya and the industrial zones around it, and is open from Sunday to Friday afternoon.
