SOYOGA is a yoga studio on the sixth and top floor of the SOHO compound near IKEA in Netanya's Poleg industrial zone, with a wide view over the fields of the Sharon coast. Its site says it grew out of several years as a yoga studio in a home, and it now holds classes every morning and evening, Friday and Saturday included, in vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha and yin yoga, for newcomers and seasoned practitioners alike. It also teaches yoga in pregnancy and classes for children and girls, and runs workshops, courses and talks. The studio provides mats, bolsters, blocks and straps and has a sound system, members book through an app, and the building has a lift, accessible toilets and accessible parking in its underground car park.
