Pizza Don Pedro was founded in Petah Tikva in 1998 by Nir Galam, its site says, and became known in the city as "the pizza with the baby". The pizzas are shaped by hand on durum flour from dough made every day and baked in a brick oven, with a tomato sauce brought from Italy and seasoned with 17 herbs and spices. The menu adds pasta, salads, toasts and pastries. It opens at 08:00 from Sunday to Thursday, at 07:00 on Friday, and again when Shabbat ends, and the brand also offers franchises.
