A Neapolitan pizza bar on Shacham Street in Petah Tikva, baking dough proofed for 72 hours in a 450-degree oven.

Ragazzi began with its founders' months in Naples in 2020, by its own account, and Petah Tikva was its first branch; a second has since opened in Hod HaSharon. The menu runs from starters and salads to fresh handmade pasta and Neapolitan pizzas with real mozzarella and a tomato sauce from Italy. Its site describes a room of high tables, a lounge corner and a bar facing the pizza oven, with a courtyard outside where groups gather over Italian spritz. It also hosts small private events of up to 50 people.
