A cocktail bar at 223 Dizengoff Street, opened in October 2008 and, by its own account, the first in the country

223 was founded in October 2008 by Ariel Leizgold. Its site calls it the first and longest-running cocktail bar in Israel, the one that introduced cocktails to the Israeli market, and a home over the years for many of the country's best bartenders. It belongs to the Bellboy group, whose gift card is also good at Bellboy, Butler and Fantastic. The bar opens every evening at 18:00 and runs a happy hour every day from 18:00 to 20:00 and again from midnight, when everything on the menu costs 35 shekels. It takes table bookings and can be hired for private events.
