The Shuffle was set up in 2013 in the middle of Florentin by owners who, by its site, wanted a place that would be fun to work in and to go out to: an old-style pub with today's people, where you mix with new faces and old, hear varied music, drink, eat and play board games. The kitchen sends out Neapolitan pizza baked on the stone, New York style bagel sandwiches and a vegan list that runs from seitan nuggets to a vegan shawarma. It opens at 17:00 from Sunday to Thursday and at 13:00 on Friday and Saturday, and stays open until 03:00 at the weekend.
