A mae cafe specialty coffee café on Ibn Gabirol Street, beside Gan Ha'Ir and Tel Aviv's City Hall

mae cafe is a chain of six specialty coffee cafés whose coffee is roasted at its own roastery in the Bursa district of Ramat Gan, from beans bought straight from farms in Costa Rica, Guatemala and Colombia that change with the seasons. Its café at 98 Ibn Gabirol Street stands beside Gan Ha'Ir and Tel Aviv's City Hall. Its page calls it a fixed meeting point in the busy heart of the city, where the barista already knows what the regulars will order. It is open from 7:30 to 16:00 every day from Sunday to Friday.
