פסק-דין
לאחר שיג ושיח קיבלו הצדדים את הצעת בית המשפט לה אנו נותנים תוקף של פסק דין כדלקמן:
1.העירייה תוציא מכרזים חדשים שמועד תחילת הביצוע בהם יהיה ביום 1.1.2013. המכרזים יוצאו בהקדם, כדי שבמידת הצורך ניתן יהיה להעמיד תוצאותיהם לביקורת שיפוטית מבעוד מועד.
2.ההוצאות שהוטלו בערכאה הראשונה יבוטלו ואם שולמו יוחזרו בצירוף הפרשי הצמדה וריבית כחוק.
בזאת מסתיימים ההליכים בין הצדדים ובערכאה זו, מבלי שתהיינה להם טענות נוספת, בכל הנוגע למכרזים מושא הערעור.
ההליך הנוכחי מסתיים ללא צו להוצאות בערכאה זו.
