פסק-דין

א. ניתן בזה תוקף של פסק דין להודעת המשיבה מיום 15.11.12, המסומנת "א" בתיק בית המשפט, לפיה יוכרו המבקשים ויהודי נאלצ'יק האחרים ששהו תחת כיבוש ושלטון גרמני ישיר, לצורך קבלת קצבה המשתלמת לפי חוק הטבות לניצולי שואה, תשס"ז-2007, בכפוף לבדיקה פרטנית בדבר היכללות בין יהודי נאלצ'יק ובדבר עמידתם ביתר תנאי הזכאות הקבועים בחוק. המבקשים יפעלו על מנת להמציא את המסמכים המתבקשים על ידי המשיבה להוכחת זכאותם, ולאחר המצאת המסמכים הנדרשים המשיבה תבצע את הליך הבדיקה באופן יעיל ומהיר.

ב. אנו מביעים הוקרה למשיבה על החלטתה.

ג. בכך נסגר תיקנו ללא צו להוצאות.
