A Yemeni jachnun and malawach kitchen in Eilat's industrial zone, open through Thursday and Friday nights into Saturday.

HaJachnun shel Hani cooks Yemeni Shabbat food at 1 HaMelakha Street in Eilat's industrial zone, under the line "the taste says it all, and size does matter". It works only at the end of the week: from 22:00 on Thursday until 6:00 on Friday morning, and from 22:00 on Friday until 17:00 on Saturday. The menu runs from jachnun, ziva, habuba and Turkish bourekas to classic and filled malawach, hamin and a Yemeni breakfast platter, and two dishes top malawach or hummus with thin-sliced Angus entrecôte. Orders are taken online and by phone, and it delivers.
