Chang Ba is a Thai street-food restaurant at 23 HaNamal Street in downtown Haifa, one of three branches with Yokneam and Kiryat Bialik. Its site says it was born from a great love of the Thai kitchen and sets out to recreate the moment of eating a hot pad thai in the middle of a Bangkok street, made with quick hands, exact seasoning, a gentle heat and peanuts on top. The restaurants are designed in a Thai mood, with bamboo and calm colours, and the site calls the atmosphere happy and young. The menu has soups, fish and meat salads, wok noodles such as pad thai and pad see ew, curries and rice dishes, and a tapioca dessert. The Haifa branch opens every day from 12:00 to 22:00.
