Relax Spa is in the Pninat Hemed apartment hotel at 21 Shamgar Street, in the old Jerusalem neighbourhood of Romema, and its site says it was built with careful design and a precise finish. It has a hydrothermal jacuzzi heated to 40 degrees with jets of air and water, a traditional Finnish sauna built of abachi wood that reaches 80 to 110 degrees, a gym with modern machines and a warm treatment room where a professional team gives shiatsu, tuina, Swedish, hot-stone, moxa and cupping treatments. Entry costs 90 shekels during opening hours and a monthly membership 550, and groups can rent the whole complex for two hours for up to five people. It opens in the evenings, from 19:00 to 23:00 on Sunday and Tuesday and from 17:30 to 23:00 on Thursday, on Saturday night from 20:00 to 23:00, and on Friday from late morning until an hour and twenty minutes before Shabbat.
