Sira Yoga is a yoga studio in the heart of Jerusalem, opposite the Museum of Tolerance and Independence Park, and its site says it was born of a love of yoga and a love of Jerusalem. The studio is on the second floor of 18 Shlomzion HaMalka Street, reached through the building's north entrance, and the nearest light rail stop is City Hall. It teaches classes in eight yoga traditions, among them Ashtanga, Dharma yoga, Rocket vinyasa, foundations classes and 108 sun salutations, as well as mat Pilates and meditation, for all levels from beginners to advanced. The studio has comfortable showers, a yoga library, a shop and a tea corner for after practice, and it also runs 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings, a 50-hour Rocket course and retreats abroad, with classes booked through its app or by WhatsApp.
