It works on a yearly programme, this year from October 2026 to the end of June 2027, people can join during the year, and in summer it runs a short summer course. Its timetable holds classes for beginners and for levels 1 to 3, women's classes, a teens' class, a birth circle, a deep-rest class and, every other Thursday, a learning hub for experienced teachers, and several classes are also streamed on Zoom. Its site says parking is free along the street and that line 78 to Armon HaNatziv and every line on Hebron Road stop near the entrance to the street. Classes start at 07:00 on most weekday mornings and the last ends at 20:30 to 22:00, and on Friday they run from 08:00 to 11:30.
