Piedra's Neapolitan pizzeria and bar at Shop Time in Petah Tikva, with seats at a bar facing the wood-fired oven

Piedra is a Neapolitan pizzeria of chef Avi Sinclair: its pizzas are baked in a wood-fired taboon, from a dough of Italian 00 flour left to rise for 24 to 36 hours, and everything is made by hand on the spot. Its newest branch, at Shop Time, 2 Totzeret HaAretz Street, adds a full bar to the pizza, with seats at a bar that looks onto the taboon, cocktails, wines and draught beer. It opens at noon from Sunday to Thursday, until 23:00 early in the week, 23:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday and midnight on Thursday, and on Saturday night from about two hours after Shabbat until 00:30. Its site gives two hours of free parking in the upper Shop Time car park, and its phone line is 1-700-505-678.
