Its site says it was founded out of a love of New York pizza and a wish to bring the flavours of Manhattan and Brooklyn to Israel: giant slices, dough kneaded in the morning and left to rise for 24 hours, a house tomato sauce cooked slowly with Italian seasoning, and mozzarella. The list is short, seven pizzas from Margherita 1889 to The Mediterranean at 75 to 85 shekels. Its site says the pizza is kosher dairy. It opens at 18:00 from Sunday to Thursday and an hour after Shabbat ends on Saturday, and it delivers within Rishon LeZion only, within 60 minutes.
