Se Tu is a pizza bar at 63 Rothschild Street, in the middle of Rishon LeZion's old main street, and Walla called it the new pizza bar of nightlife man Ron Elimelech. Its pizzas are Neapolitan: a sourdough left to rise for at least 48 hours, cheeses from local dairies and tomatoes from Italy, baked in a stone taboon that reaches 450 degrees. Beside thirteen numbered pizzas the menu has focaccias, crudos and ceviches, salads, panuozzo sandwiches and pastas, and the bar pours beer and cocktails. It opens in the evening on weekdays and from noon on Friday and Saturday, and stays open until 01:00.
