A small family Uzbek kitchen on Lishanski Boulevard, serving plov, lagman, manti and tandoor-baked samsa

Plov Tandur Samsa is a small family restaurant of Uzbek food on Yosef Lishanski Boulevard, run by its owners, who its site says are there every day. The menu is built on five dishes: oshplov cooked slowly in a cast-iron kazan, lagman with noodles pulled by hand every morning, steamed manti, khanum, and samsa that is stuck to the wall of a real tandoor to bake. They come with hot Uzbek bread from the tandoor, achichuk salad and green tea, and its site says the spices come straight from Uzbekistan and the recipes are the family's. Orders are taken by phone and WhatsApp for pickup, and delivery goes through Wolt.
