Silvia Bumper is a sports bar that opened in 2014 on Ibn Gabirol Street, between London Ministore and Rabin Square. Its site says it was opened by a group of friends from the Tel Aviv bar scene who had owned and worked together at a veteran bar on Ben Yehuda Street, and that it is named after the heroine of Kaveret's grocery song. It shows the main football and basketball games from Israel and abroad on large screens, keeps a pool table that is free to play, and plays music from the 1970s to current Israeli rock. There are seats at the bar, on the pavement outside and in the air-conditioned room inside.
