Is this your business?Claim it freeThe first branch of Bretonne, a Tel Aviv crêperie of Breton buckwheat galettes and sweet crêpes, on Ibn Gabirol Street, open late most nights.
Bretonne began in 2016, when three childhood friends and a chef set out to bring the savoury French crêpe, the galette of Brittany in north-west France, to Ibn Gabirol Street in Tel Aviv, with touches of local Israeli taste, hence its name, a local crêperie. Chef Yonatan Bodek, who grew up in Paris, built its menu, and its site says the savoury galettes are made of a gluten-free buckwheat batter ground in its branches every day. The menu runs from galettes with labneh and aubergine, halloumi, salted bonito or smoked salmon to beef shoulder and lamb bacon, and sweet crêpes from butter and sugar or Nutella to salted caramel and a cinnamon bun crêpe. The Ibn Gabirol branch, at 52 Ibn Gabirol Street, opens every day from 09:00, until 01:00 most nights, 02:00 on Thursday and 17:00 on Friday, with a business lunch from 11:00 to 16:00 and a two-for-one happy hour on draught beer and wine from 16:00 to 19:00. It is one of three branches in Tel Aviv, with Florentin and the kosher branch in Ramat HaHayal.

- Municipal business licence
- Tel Aviv-Yafo's register of licensed businesses, which the municipality publishes as open data and reloads nightly, lists one food use that requires a business licence at 52 Ibn Gabirol Street, a shop for baked goods over 76 square metres with a start date of 26 January 2016, the year the crêperie opened, beside offices that need none. It was read on 15 October 2026. The crêperie's own pages name no company, so the register does not say whether that row is its own. gisn.tel-aviv.gov.il2026-10-15
Nothing on this page was written from memory. Each row names the page a fact was read from and the day it was read. Review text and photographs stay with the people who wrote and took them; the page links to them and copies nothing.
