Leonardo Plaza Kinneret, formerly Leonardo Plaza Tiberias, stands in the first row on Tiberias's promenade along the Sea of Galilee, about 500 metres from the central bus station by its own account, and its page says it has been thoroughly renovated. The outdoor pool looks over the lake and has a toddlers' pool, sunbathing and shaded areas and, in summer, a snack bar. The Dekel spa has treatments, a treatment suite for couples, a jacuzzi and a dry sauna, and there are a gym and a club for children and teenagers. The Galil hall, 520 square metres, seats about 450 in rows, the synagogue is open for prayers all week and a Sabbath lift runs; the sound and light show on the Yigal Allon promenade is about three minutes away on foot.
