פסק-דין והחלטה

1.בגדר בג"ץ 9134/12 ניתן בזה צו על תנאי המורה למשיבים ליתן טעם מדוע לא יוצהר כי סעיף 4 לחוק גיל פרישה, התשס"ד-2004, הינו בטל.

2.הסעדים הנוספים שנתבקשו בבג"ץ 9134/12 נמחקים תוך שנשמרות לעותרים 2-1 טענותיהם שמקומן בבית הדין האזורי לעבודה. כמו כן נמחקת העתירה בבג"ץ 6921/13, תוך שלעותר דשם נשמרות טענותיו אותן יוכל להציג בבית הדין האזורי לעבודה.
