Jasper 08 is the cocktail bar in the renewed lobby of Isrotel's Agamim hotel on Kampen Street, and by Isrotel's account it was brought by Tel Aviv's Jasper Johns cocktail bar as a night out for hotel guests and visitors from outside alike. Its cocktail list runs from a smoky mai tai and a penicillin to a spicy margarita and an arak, almond and pineapple drink, each at 52 shekels. The food menu, by chef Itzik Buzaglo, has flatbreads from the stone oven, a brie brûlée, salads, ricotta and pistachio ravioli, tuna pani puri, shiitake gyoza and fish dishes. Bookings are taken by phone from 17:00, and in the morning the lobby serves dairy meals.
