Paddy's opened in 2007 in Eilat's Tourist Centre to bring something new to a night out in the town, and its site says it has been home to many of Eilat's regulars since. It is an Irish pub in the traditional style, with 60 kinds of beer, live sport on three giant screens, a floor of snooker tables and live shows. The kitchen runs from bar snacks, burgers and an Irish shepherd's pie to steaks, fish, seafood and pasta, with desserts to close. It opens at midday and stays open until 2:00 at night.
