Its site takes the name from the slik, the hidden arms cache of the British Mandate years, and places the bar beneath the busy centre of the Carmel. The room is one open space around a large rectangular bar that runs from end to end, with tables along its sides, so every guest can see everyone else. The kitchen sends out sea fish sashimi, arancini, khachapuri with a fried egg, Galilee-style lahm bi ajin, pizzas and burgers, and the bar has a long spirits list. Tables are reserved by a WhatsApp message to 052-5608884.
