Zafririm 1 is a restaurant and bar on Tzafririm Street on the Carmel, opened in 2012 by a small group of Haifa residents. Its site names three seating areas, the restaurant, a closed terrace and the bar, and a kitchen of aged meats and fresh fish whose long-standing dishes include the entrecôte, the fish shawarma, the Jack burger and the mushroom risotto. The bar mixes cocktails and keeps wines from Israeli and foreign wineries, with a machine that preserves and pours wine by the glass. It opens every day at noon and delivers from 12:00 to 23:00.
