Libira is a craft brewery and restaurant at 26 HaNamal Street in downtown Haifa. Its site lists five house beers, a German-style pils, a bitter, a Belgian ale, a smoked stout and a Bavarian wheat beer, all unfiltered and unpasteurised, and a kitchen that runs from truffle arancini and gravlax to burgers, pork sausages with beer-braised cabbage and a beef stew cooked in Belgian ale. The coffee is roasted on the premises. The room has an industrial look, with a bar, a gallery for groups of up to 25 and a private room for up to 50 guests. It opens at noon every day.
