Shaltieli is a kosher bar and meat restaurant on Dado Beach, at 6 Yohai Ben Nun Street. Its site says the idea was planted in the spring of 1999 and the place opened in 2000, facing the sea, as a house of hospitality for people of every age and from everywhere. The seating is low sofas and circles for groups beside high tables, and the food is kept simple: salads on one side and seasoned, juicy meats on the other. It hosts private and business events of up to 120 guests, depending on the season. It is closed on Friday and reopens on Saturday night when Shabbat ends.
