Raseef 33 is a restaurant and food bar in downtown Haifa, at 33 Derekh HaAtzmaut with its entrance from HaNamal Street, led by chef Hamudi Okla. Its site says the menu is his own reading of Haifa's mosaic: dishes from the Galilean Arab kitchen, built on seasonal produce from the nearby markets, Wadi Nisnas among them, and from the port. Guests sit at a long bar facing the open kitchen or at the tables behind it. The menu runs from taboon bread with lima-bean masabacha to kubbeh nayyeh, lamb shishbarak, sheikh al-mahshi and lamb mansaf.
