Its large studio rooms hold classes from Pilates, Zumba, kickboxing, TRX, HIIT intervals and aerobic dance to yoga therapy, classes for pregnancy and after birth and Vijnana yoga for girls and women, and its site says the price covers the gym, the studio classes and spinning without limit. A free babysitting room runs during most studio hours, and its site says nearby parking comes at a much reduced price. It is open from 07:00 to 23:00 from Sunday to Thursday, from 07:00 to 14:00 on Friday and from 21:30 to 23:30 on Saturday night in summer, and in winter until 13:00 on Friday and from 20:00 to 23:00 on Saturday night.
