Karmei Negev is a lodging farm about 4 km before Mitzpe Ramon, built on the remains of an ancient Nabataean farm and surrounded by vineyards, an olive grove and fields of organic farming, facing the view of Makhtesh Ramon. It has four desert cabins at the edge of the farm, three for families and one for couples, as well as luxury glamping tents, upgraded Bedouin khans heated in winter and a campsite. The farm is run by Global Glamping, a network of glamping and field-lodging compounds, and on and around it guests find jeep tours, a professional archery range, bike rides in Makhtesh Ramon and the desert, a private observatory and electric off-road cars to drive. Its rules keep the farm quiet, with no music at any hour and no animals.
