A neighbourhood café and coffee roastery on Brodetsky Street in Ramat Aviv, the younger sister of the Bucke cafés

Hamaniya, Hebrew for sunflower, is the younger sister of the Bucke cafés, part of the Saba Bucke family of four cafés and a wine bar in Tel Aviv. It is a neighbourhood café at 17 Brodetsky Street in Ramat Aviv, designed in clean Nordic lines, with a shop of selected goods. Above all it roasts its own coffee on the premises, from green beans its page says are bought from reliable sources. Beside the coffee it carries Bucke's influences and the smoothie bowls its page calls famous, and it is open every day of the week, Saturday included.
