A Levantine grill on Ben Yehuda Street, born in 2016, with shawarma, skewers, steaks aged on site and hummus made every day

HaLevantini is a Tel Aviv restaurant born in 2016 on Ben Yehuda Street, serving modern Levantine food built on local produce, Israeli farming and good meat. Its site says the menu was put together with Hamudi Abulafia and joins Levantine street food to a careful grill kitchen: shawarma, skewers, steaks aged on site, pitas baked there, kebabs, house merguez, mezze and hummus made every day, with Israeli wines chosen to give local wineries a stage. Guests can open a table with many dishes, stop for a shawarma in a pita or order a delivery. It has an open kitchen and is open every day from 11:00 to 23:00.
